Sit back on the large sectional for movie nights, or play a game of shuffleboard for some friendly competition. All hands can be on deck in the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. With the abundant counter space and stainless steel appliances, everyone can work together to whip up family feasts.
The primary king suite is a large, private retreat on the upper level, complete with a sitting area and deck access. The en suite bathroom is a treat with the double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The main level has a queen bedroom and 2-queen bedroom, both with deck access. For additional space, a queen sleeper is available in the living area.
Step out onto the expansive main deck for great conversations and al fresco dining. Soak in the sun on the loungers, or head to the screened patio for a shaded getaway. It’s like your own private resort with the full palapa bar and hot tub. Fish all day long thanks to the convenient fishing lights, and barbeque your fresh catch on the charcoal grill. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
