Love the location! It is literally right on the beach. The floor plan is nice as it has on-suites in each bedroom plus a half bath in common area. Plenty of counter space and 2 refrigerators was a big plus as we could use one just for drinks. Beds were very comfortable and closet space was awesome. When you go to the ocean you want to see and hear the waves and birds. That is what the sand crab gives you. Very well laid out property. There ate 3 on-suite bedrooms. Amazing location in Pirates Beach! Spent Easter Weekend here with 2 other families and was spacious and the floorplan worked perfectly! LOVED the deck overlooking the water. Home had 2 fridges and 2 stoves for easy cooking. Only items we felt needed improvement were: curtains in 2 of the rooms were needed (in case you want to sleep in late) and need a new barbecue grill-the one there was very rusty and old (but we still used with lots of foil!) and would have loved a table on the deck. This house is the closest house to the beach as far as the eye can see. When you step out of the house you are on the beach. Good space, sleeps 7 or 8 but the loft is too open to put anyone but children there and even then it's open to the downstairs so it isn't practical for sleeping (unless you're the last one to bed.
