The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

" We absolutely LOVED this property, it was very clean, enough room for our family to spread out and was so private. Right on the beach, the beach access was right next to property. Beach itself was excellent. We are typically West Coast of Florida and Caribbean beach people so were used to white sand and blue water so we were a little Skeptical. Especially after going to Port Aransas last summer in which we are really disappointed. We live in central Texas so wanted to go somewhere we could drive since my youngest doesn’t want to fly anywhere. Called to make sure that there was no driving on the beach around his property which is a big deal to us, we feel that a beach should be preserved against exhaust fumes and oil leaks. Could not believe that you could just pull up, like a parking lot and park your car at the ocean in Port Aransas. It just ruined the whole experience for us last year. We spent zero time at the beach that time. That was not the case at all at this property. They were literally only a couple other people, several hundred feet away from us, that put up stakes. It was so relaxing and we loved it so much!! So private and we spent hours and hours a day at the beach! Loved it and will be back!!"
