Get comfortable on the sofa or oversized armchair in the big open living area and shake up your favorite drinks at the nearby wet bar. Enjoy your favorite shows on TV, or soak in the front row Gulf view through the wall of windows. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine chiller for entertaining, and all of the pots, pans & servingware you could need. The dining table is built for 8, and you can seat additional guests at the breakfast bar.
Take your drinks and snacks out onto the deck to soak in some Island sun. You get a front row seat to beautiful views and fresh Gulf breezes. Surf through the waves or beachcomb through the sand - the beach is just on the other side of the walkover!
When it’s time to hit the hay, everyone will be comfortable in their own space. On the main level is the queen-sized primary suite and en suite bathroom with a standing shower. Across the hall is a queen-sized bedroom and full bathroom.
Head to the upper level using the spiral staircase for the perfect kids and teens hideout. They get their own loft area that overlooks the living room. The bunk room has multiple beds for the ultimate sleepover, and it shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the king-sized bedroom next door.
For longer stays, there’s even a convenient washer and dryer, so you can pack light!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
