Start your morning on your own schedule with two private bedrooms. The primary king suite has a full en suite bathroom with double vanity, and the closet is perfect for unpacking all your vacation outfits. The spacious queen bedroom is across the hall with a full bathroom and washer/dryer tucked away. For additional guests, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living area. 

Spend hours on the large deck - there’s space for everyone! Watch the sunrise over the water while sipping a cup of coffee or dine island-style at the outdoor dining table. The beach is just a few steps away, so get ready for hours of fun!

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed. 

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our brick-and-mortar office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Property Services is available for guests 24/7, and their direct number will be provided at check-in.

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking. 

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others. 

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.  

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.  

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. 

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. 

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. More information about all of the policies can be found in the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.
