Head up the elevator or stairs and you’ll find contemporary décor selected for your comfort. A plush sectional sofa and recliner share the open layout with a large dining table that easily seats 8. The large wall-mounted TV with sound bar is perfect for movie nights or cheering on your favorite teams, and the stunning Gulf view is only ever a head-turn away. Can't agree on a show? There’s a second living area upstairs that also boasts a sectional with a chaise lounge and television – perfect for teens or just spreading out during the day!
The chef’s kitchen features modern white cabinetry, a large island, abundant storage for your beach snacks and groceries, a gas range, large refrigerator, microwave, and all the small appliances you need to make meal prep easy.
All four bedrooms let you wake up to the site of sunrise over the water. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
