A trip to Galveston isn’t complete without getting Sol Kissed! This dog friendly beachside home in Pirates Beach boasts 2 levels of decks, relaxing neutral furnishings, 3 private bedrooms, an open living area, and a short walk to the beach. Your whole family will love it!
Step into the bright and airy living room and lounge in the Island sun that shines through the wall of windows. The living room features 3 couches for plentiful seating, so everyone has a spot for movie night. The fully-equipped kitchen - complete with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space - makes family meal time simple. Serve your favorite dishes at the breakfast bar, or seat 8 at the dining table.
The primary suite on the main level boasts a king bed, twin bed, and en suite bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-shower. Two more bedrooms are on the upper level - one queen bedroom and a third, loft-like bedroom with a king bed, 2 twin beds and a roll-out twin trundle. All of the bedrooms feature deck access to start and end your days enjoying the beach breezes!
Ready to hit the water? The nearby beach is just 5 houses away. Pack up your beach cart, and get ready to make memories on the sand. The convenient outdoor shower makes it easy to wash up when you’re done, and the charcoal grill and picnic tables make it easy to relax on the ground level patio.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
