As you step onto the large main-level deck, you'll be greeted by breathtaking Gulf views that will instantly put you in vacation mode. This spacious deck is adorned with plenty of outdoor furniture, inviting you to soak in the sun, savor al fresco meals, or simply relish the sound of the waves crashing nearby.
Inside, the main level of Sunshine Beach features a well-equipped kitchen with all of the pots, pans, dishware, utensils and glassware you need for relaxing meals at your home-away-from-home. The bar-height dining table seats 4, and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar. Walls of windows and sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light and showcase great Gulf views.
Down the hall on the main level, you’ll find both bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated work area with two monitors available for guests who need to keep in touch with the office. The nearby twin bedroom is great for adults or kids and opens out onto the main level deck. Everyone can find their perfect spot to unwind after a day of beachcombing and exploration!
The upper level living area is accessible via an interior spiral staircase or an exterior staircase off the deck. Great for hanging out with your favorite people, this crow’s nest-style room boasts three walls of windows that frame island views, several large chairs with ottomans, and a queen sleeper sofa.
After a night of peaceful relaxation, we know you’ll be ready to hit the beach for some fun in the sun! As the 2nd house away from the beach, you’ll have your toes in the sand in just a few steps. After a day of sun, sand & surf, you'll appreciate the convenient outdoor shower. There’s also a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer on the ground level, perfect for longer stays. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
