All three bedrooms boast relaxing interiors and direct deck access. On the main level, the primary king suite has a lavish en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub overlooking the Gulf. After a long day in the sun, unwind with a relaxing bath as the sunset paints the sky. Down the hall you’ll find a half bath and laundry closet with a full size washer & dryer.

Upstairs, the 2-twin bedroom is good for couples, siblings or singles. Past the full bath and down the hall there’s a bunk+twin bedroom complete with a custom ocean mural - perfect for kids and teens! Every bedroom boasts front row Gulf views.

Speaking of great views, both covered decks offer the perfect space to watch for dolphins or keep an eye on family members out on the sand. The outdoor furniture makes it easy to lounge and enjoy the Gulf breeze. Ready for some beach fun? The private dune walkover takes you straight to the beach!

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
