Head inside, and the colorful decor and open living area welcome you to relax into the red leather couch or gather for family meals at the dining tables. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare, serve, and store home cooked meals or takeout from local West End restaurants. Built-in window seats are the perfect place for lounging with a good book and the Gulf view.
3 bedrooms plus a loft mean there’s space for everyone to recuperate after a day of fun in the sun. The queen bedroom is tucked away on the main level and shares an en suite bath with the hall. Upstairs, the loft doubles as a second living area with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. It shares a bath with the nearby 2-twin bedroom. The luxurious primary king suite boasts a private deck, sitting area, and en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and laundry area.
Admire the excellent beachside views from inside or out! The large partially covered main deck is the perfect spot to sunbathe, watch the birds fly past, or dine al fresco. When you’re ready, take a short walk to the beach for some sand between your toes!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
