Gorgeous front row Gulf views are framed by walls of windows throughout the open living space. Watch the waves from the large plush sectional, the banquet-style dining table that seats 14, or as you bustle around the fully-equipped kitchen. The 6-burner gas range, French door refrigerator, and stainless steel appliances make it easy to feed your large group.

Settling in is easy with the convenient residential elevator that goes to all floors. Each bedroom is perfectly appointed, so everyone can relax & enjoy their stay. The main level primary king suite boasts its own seating area, deck access, Gulf views, and en suite bathroom with clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. Another king suite is also on the main level, with a private en suite bath. The third king suite is on the upper level, and it features a private balcony, Gulf views and en suite bathroom with clawfoot tub. Down the hall you’ll find two queen bedrooms with private balconies & en suite bathrooms, as well as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer..

The upper level also boasts a 2nd living area. Store snacks and drinks in the mini fridge, and watch your favorite shows on the big screen. A game room is nearby with wraparound window seats, so it’s easy to look outside and dream about the beach.

Speaking of the beach, it’s just steps away. Take the private walkover straight to the sun, sand, and surf! After a day of island fun, gather on the decks or the ground level patio, complete with picnic table, charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt & sand.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
