With one convenient level, it’s easy to unpack and settle into this cozy beach house. Great for multiple generations, the primary suite is located on the opposite side of the house from the 3 other bedrooms. The primary king suite boasts an en suite bathroom with double vanities and large walk-in shower. Another spacious king bedroom is just down the hall, along with a queen bedroom. Tuck the kids and teens into the cozy bunk room for a fun retreat!

Get some Vitamin Sea on the main level deck. Bring out your favorite drinks, soak in the sun on the comfortable deck chairs, and listen to the birds and waves. When the beach calls, the private dune walkover takes you straight to the sun, sand, and surf!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
