The nearby dining area seats all 8 guests comfortably. There's more seating at the breakfast bar, perfect for serving snacks, drinks, or helping your family’s chef prep meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
This single level home also has 3 perfectly appointed bedrooms. The primary King suite has an attached full bath (shower only) while the Queen bedroom gets its own deck access – great for early morning risers! Kids & teens will love the bunk bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds.
Looking for the perfect place to lounge in island breezes? Take your pick of outdoor seating on the covered or open decks, or the shaded ground level patio. The picnic tables are ideal for family bbq’s (there’s a charcoal grill for your use) or just holding your beach stuff while you’re rinsing off in the enclosed outdoor shower.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
