All Sand `N Sea Properties homes come equipped with these essential items:

    • 1 Kitchen Trash Bag
    • 1 Sponge
    • 1 Bottle of Dishwashing Liquid (3 oz.)
    • 1 Packet of Dishwasher Detergent
    • 1 Roll of Toilet Paper for Each Bathroom
    • Linens and Bath Towels (standard beds are made for arrival, linens provided for advertised bunks & pullouts)
    • Pots, Pans & Cooking Utensils
    • Dishes, Dining Utensils & Glassware
    • Coffee Maker (standard or Keurig, depending on the home)
    • Basic Kitchen Appliances (Toaster, etc.)

Equipment Rental:
