Sea Isle

Sea Isle is a mature West End resort community established in 1950, with 1,600 beachfront, canal, and dry land residential lots straddling FM 3005 from Galveston Bay to the Gulf of Mexico.

The public has access to 1.6 miles of adjacent beach, while homeowners enjoy private use of a fishing pier, park and picnic pavilion, swimming pool and tennis court, a full-service marina, boat launch and a popular restaurant that overlooks the bay – making this neighborhood unique among other Galveston real estate. A city fire substation is located within the neighborhood. While located on the far western end of Galveston Island (approximately 17 miles west of 61st Street and 7 miles east of San Luis Pass) groceries and more nearby dining choices are within a few miles of this Galveston neighborhood, at Jamaica Beach.  Nearby are wetlands and a popular bird sanctuary. Most homes are single-family residences. Like in many other West End neighborhoods, there are a variety of Sea Isle Galveston rentals available on the beach and bay. Sea Isle homes for sale typically range in sales price from the $150,000s up to 1 million dollars.
