It is an eclectic, spaciously designed, 3BR/2B elevated house with sunny dining room, south facing deck and a large area of fenced and covered space on the ground floor for great outdoor entertaining with room for several patio tables and chairs. A cargo lift enables persons, wheelchairs and or just groceries to go to the first elevated floor and down to the patio. It could be a super full time or part time home in the great Pirates Beach neighborhood.
