Sand 'N Sea Properties was founded by a family of Galvestonians more than 50 years ago, and today continues its legacy as a locally-operated leader in Galveston real estate and vacation rentals. The company is also a staunch supporter of the community. The Sand 'N Sea Properties team includes experienced REALTORS® and a talented staff of long-term employees dedicated to exceptional service.

Sand 'N Sea Properties manages more than 185 vacation homes on Galveston Island, with an experienced team of rental agents, inspectors, housekeepers, laundry techs, and maintenance personnel who all make customer service their number one priority.

The company's REALTORS® are known throughout the region for their coastal real estate experience and professional expertise. According to 2023 Houston MLS statistics, we were the #1 boutique real estate company in Galveston County out of over 1,000 real estate companies. SNS REALTORS® made up 4 of the top 20 agents, more than any other Galveston Island real estate company.

Sand 'N Sea Properties was founded by Bert and David Feinman in 1974. David, a highly-regarded West End developer and home builder, developed Galveston's Sea Isle community and served as a development consultant to the Isla del Sol and Pointe San Luis subdivisions. Over a period of more than 30 years, he and Bert built almost 1,000 homes on the West End.

Bert saw a need for a vacation rentals department within a year of opening Sand 'N Sea Properties' doors. She and her small staff started with 14 properties and used pencils, erasers, and one big calendar to manage reservations.

Anne Reiswerg, Bert's daughter, joined the company eight years later to help with the ever-expanding vacation rentals side of the business. Under her leadership, property management was taken to a new level. The company even owns and operates its own Housekeeping Service Center, which houses a commercial laundry and provides linens to the vacation rental properties.

Twenty years later, Claire Reiswerg, another of Bert's daughters, joined the firm, bringing a new emphasis to technology and marketing. Today the company engages clients and guests through cutting-edge technology that manages every aspect of real estate sales operations, property management, and the guest experience.

This foundation of local expertise and commitment to excellence continues to drive Sand 'N Sea Properties' mission to provide a great experience for real estate clients, vacation rental homeowners and guests, and employees.

Sand 'N Sea Properties is deeply involved in the Galveston community and participates in discourse and action on numerous local and state issues, including beach maintenance & restoration, as well as tourism.
