- Check-in is after 4 p.m., seven days a week; check-out is at 10 a.m.
- The Leaseholder must be present during the entire length of stay.
- Every property has a charcoal grill, and guests are responsible for bringing charcoal and lighter fluid.
- Open fires are not permitted on Galveston beaches.
- All Sand `N Sea vacation rentals are non-smoking properties.
