The kitchen is equally impressive, with generous counter space, two cooktops, two dishwashers, and plenty of room for everyone to pitch in for meals. A nearby wet bar with drink refrigerator makes relaxing easy, whether you're storing drinks for dinner or mixing up something cool after a day on the water.

The main house offers four inviting bedrooms, including 3 king bedrooms and a queen bunk room. The primary suite features deck access, a desk area and spacious en suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms also provide comfortable accommodations for the rest of your group. A laundry room with washer, dryer and a second refrigerator and a residential elevator adds convenience to the main house.

Just across the covered breezeway between decks, the guest house gives your group an entire additional space to enjoy. With its own living area, pool table, piano and kitchenette - it feels like a retreat within a retreat! Two bedrooms provide additional sleeping space, including a king bedroom with deck access and a fun bunk room that younger guests are sure to love. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
