After the day's catch, a convenient fish cleaning station right at the water's edge makes it easy to clean your haul before settling in to enjoy the evening. And the views? They're breathtaking from every direction. Watch the sunrise over the bay in the morning or relax in the evening glow as the sun sets to the west. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, gathering for dinner, or simply taking in the scenery, Be Still keeps the water at the heart of your stay.

Step inside the main house and you'll immediately appreciate the exquisite designer interiors. The spacious living area features comfortable furnishings and beautiful water views that make the bay feel like the star of the room. Gather around the large dining table for family meals, settle in for movie or game nights, or simply relax while watching the boats and birds pass by. The kitchen is equally impressive, with generous counter space, two cooktops, two dishwashers and plenty of room for everyone to pitch in for homecooked meals.

The main house offers four inviting bedrooms, including three King bedrooms and a Queen bunk room. The primary suite features deck access, a desk area and spacious en suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for the rest of your group. A large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Located just across the covered breezeway between decks, the guest house gives your group an added space to enjoy. With its own living area, pool table, player piano and kitchenette - the guest house feels like a retreat within a retreat! Two bedrooms provide additional sleeping space, including a King bedroom with deck access and a fun bunk room that younger guests are sure to love. 

Outside is where Be Still really shines. Multiple decks and patios provide plenty of spaces to relax and take in the beautiful bayfront setting. The expansive shoreline offers an unbeatable place to cast a line, making Be Still a dream destination for anglers. After the day's catch, fire up the propane grill and gather outside for a bayfront meal. Plus, if you prefer to trade the bay for the beach, Jamaica Beach's neighborhood beach access is just a short drive away.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
