After a day spent in the sun, retreat to one of the three comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The primary king suite is a true coastal retreat with Gulf views, deck access and a private en suite bathroom. A queen bedroom offers its own en suite bath, creating a welcoming space for another couple or family member to relax in comfort. The third bedroom is perfect for a small family or the kids and teens in your group, featuring a king pyramid bunk with a trundle. A third bathroom with tub & shower combo, a full-size washer and dryer and a small office space round out this spacious condo, making longer stays and sandy beach days a breeze.

Beach days couldn't be easier with the neighborhood dune walkover. Spend the morning shell hunting along the shoreline, cool off with an afternoon swim, or settle in for one of Galveston's spectacular sunsets over the Gulf. Be sure to take advantage of the Pointe West Resort amenities, including swimming pools, walking and cycling paths, and more (with amenity fee). Rick's Beach Rentals is another West End favorite for renting golf carts, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach wheelchairs and more. They'll drop off and pick up right at your beach house, so all you have to do is enjoy!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
