The spacious primary bedroom encompasses the entire upper level loft. A king bed looks out over the Gulf, while a twin bed with trundle is tucked away on the other side of the room. The primary suite also has an en suite bathroom, laundry closet with full size washer & dryer, and a private deck with outdoor seating. Back on the main level, you’ll find a queen bedroom, bunk bedroom, and full bath.
When the waves call, the beach is just steps away! After a day in the sand & surf, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and then grill some fresh Gulf seafood on the two built-in charcoal grills in the yard.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
