Located in the popular Pirates Beach neighborhood, this 5th row beach house boasts a private driveway, shaded ground level patio with an enclosed full bathroom, and carefully considered touches that make this island escape feel like home.
Step inside and you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan that makes it easy to spend time with your favorite people. The living area features 2 low-profile couches, a recliner, fun wall décor including a surfboard, and a TV for easy viewing of your favorite movies. The nearby dining table seats 4 for meals or keep it casual and gather at the counter seating in the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen has all of the dishes, glassware, utensils and pots & pans you need for budget-friendly family meals. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, storage space for your beach snacks, and fun navy blue pendant lighting.
Off the hall you’ll find 2 well-appointed bedrooms. Both open out onto the wrap-around covered deck. The king room is decorated in beachy blues & corals, with a bench seat, closet, and curtains. The queen room also has curtains for privacy and features a unique natural-texture headboard and convenient side tables.
Ready for some island adventure? Beachy Keen is only 12 miles from the heart of Historic Downtown Galveston, and the attractions & dining options along Seawall Blvd are even closer. The sand & surf are an easy walk away past 4 neighbors, so be sure to bring your favorite beach gear & sunglasses!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
