The nearby wet bar has a wine refrigerator, ice maker and sink, perfect for serving movie or beach break snacks.
A few steps lead you to the dining area and kitchen, where the dining table easily seats up to 8 guests, with room for 3 more at the nearby breakfast bar. The updated kitchen boasts a farmhouse sink, brushed brass hardware, and modern appliances including an in-island microwave, double oven, gas range and French door refrigerator. There’s plenty of room to store groceries in fresh white cabinets that also store all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and serving ware you need for budget-friendly family meals.
The main level also boasts 2 bedrooms. Perfect for kids or teens, the bunk bedroom sleeps up to 7 guests on 3 sets of built-in twin bunks and a pull-out twin trundle. The Queen bedroom has a closet for easy clothing storage and it opens out onto the main level deck for gorgeous sunrise views over the water.
Head upstairs and you’ll find a second wet bar in the landing with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. When it's time to rest, three private bedrooms offer peaceful retreats for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a lavish King bed with Gulf views, easy deck access, and a fun cushioned window bench. We are here to help! Our brick-and-mortar office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Property Services is available for guests 24/7, and their direct number will be provided at check-in.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
