Step inside and settle into the bright, open living area, where multiple windows fill the space with natural light. There's plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to kick back after a day at the beach. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected, so the family cook won't miss out on the conversation while preparing meals in the nearby kitchen.

Speaking of the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to make mealtimes easy during your stay. Stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a large island make preparing and serving homecooked meals a breeze. The kitchen island also provides seating for 4, while the nearby dining table comfortably seats 6. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach or gathering around the table for dinner and a game night, there's plenty of room to enjoy time together!

When it's time to rest, everyone will have a comfortable place to relax and recharge. The private primary suite features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is made for kids or groups of friends with two twin bunk beds. A second full bathroom with a tub & shower combo serves the additional bedrooms.

Blue Heron's outdoor spaces are just as inviting as the interior! The covered deck is the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee, relax in the shade, or enjoy the fresh Gulf breeze after a day in the sun. Head downstairs to the spacious ground-level patio for even more room to spread out, dine at the picnic table, fire up the charcoal grill, or rinse off sandy feet in the enclosed outdoor shower. And with room to park up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway, arriving with the whole crew is easy.

Ready for some beach time? Grab your beach gear and head out for a leisurely 4-block walk to beach access. Spend your days building sandcastles, splashing in the Gulf, soaking up the sun, or simply strolling along the shoreline before heading back to Blue Heron for a relaxing evening. With a dog-friendly setup, your four-legged family members can join in on the fun, too!

Enjoy the natural beauty of Galveston Island State Park, or make the 12-mile drive into Historic Downtown Galveston for dining, shopping, entertainment and island history. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
