Two decks span the width of the home and offer great views no matter the time or season. The main level deck is covered, and has a built-in bench. Climb to the roof level for the sunning deck – ready for soaking in some rays or doing a bit of stargazing.

Inside, the central living area features an oversized sectional & armchairs, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The beachfront views through the sliding door and large windows can’t be beaten, but there’s also TV for movie nights or watching your favorite team.

Step a bit further into the house and you’ll find a dining area and the fully-equipped kitchen. Meals together are easy when you seat up to 8 at the table and 5 more at the counter. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and more that you need to create your family favorites. Plenty of cabinets easily hold your favorite beach snacks.

The primary king suite has a soothing cream & navy color palette, with deck access and en suite bath featuring a walk-in shower. One of the queen bedrooms boast direct deck access, while the other has a queen bed and queen futon. The fourth bedroom has two full beds – perfect for kids or teens.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY BASICS & HOUSEKEEPING
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies for the first day of fun: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. Please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.

All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspection teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
