You and your family (pups included!) will love Casa Talara! This welcoming beachside rental in Pirates Beach features a bright & airy open layout, comfortable furnishings, and an easy neighborhood walk to the beach. Easily accommodate up to 8 people and 2 pups - you’ll love calling it home!

Surrounded by walls of windows, the contemporary living area boasts a plush sectional sofa, side chair & pub-height table perfect for card games. The dining table seats 6, and you’ll love indulging in fresh Gulf seafood surrounded by windows overlooking the large palm trees that wrap around one side of this fun beach house. Getting ready for dinner is easy in the fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tile backsplash.  

Everyone will enjoy slow mornings in the large, private bedrooms. The primary queen suite features an en suite bathroom sliding doors that open out onto the large deck. Two more bedrooms feature a full sleigh bed and a pair of twin bunk beds, respectively. Kids and teens will love having their own room, and reliving the excitement of the day while the adults sleep in.

Lots of deck seating and a ground level patio with a picnic table and charcoal grill make family barbecues a breeze. Once you're well-rested and well-fed, it’s time to pack up your beach cart, because the beach is only a 4 block neighborhood walk away!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
