Sink into the large sectional sofa after a day of shelling or surf, catch up on your favorite shows on the TV, or simply relax and unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, a fun backsplash accent wall, and the perfect counterspace for preparing everything from quick beach snacks to family feasts. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or step outside and dine al fresco on the open deck.

When it's time to rest, everyone will find a cozy retreat. The large primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, the perfect papasan chair to curl up with a good book, a desk for any work that may need to get done, deck access and a private bathroom. It's a great restful haven for early risers and night owls alike! The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom features fun bunk beds - an ideal setup for kids or extra guests.

Step outside and enjoy the breeze from the spacious main level deck. It's the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a sunset beverage of choice or head up the exterior stairs to the upper level viewing deck and take in the great peek-a-boo views of the Gulf! The heart of the outdoor experience at Chill Vibes is on the ground level patio. Complete with string lights, built-in seating, two picnic tables, an outdoor game table perfect for family game nights, a comfortable sofa and convenient outdoor shower to rinse off your sandy toes - the family will be sure to love evenings here!

Located just 3 houses away from the sand, Chill Vibes places you in the perfect spot to enjoy Pirate Beach's sun-kissed shores. There's a variety of beach toys & equipment for you to use so whether you're building sandcastles, boogie boarding, or simply kicking back with a good book, the beach is always within easy reach. 

And when you're ready to explore beyond the dunes, the rest of the island awaits. With easy access to Galveston's entertainment districts (only 12 miles to Downtown!) there's something for everyone. Your beach vacation will be full of smiles, memories, and chill vibes!

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Rick's Beach Rentals is another West End favorite for renting golf carts, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach wheelchairs and more. They'll drop off and pick up right at your beach house, so all you have to do is enjoy!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
