Welcome to Class Act, a beachside beauty that stands above the rest! This roomy Pirates Beach escape awaits 15 of your close friends or family, plus up to 2 pups. It will be hard to choose your favorite feature between the 4 decks, residential elevator, game room, fenced area for your four-legged friends, or the quick walk to the beach. A million memories to make await you!

Start your vacation off with ease. As soon as you pull into the private driveway, you can immediately unload your bags into the elevator (with access to all levels). Head inside and you'll be greeted by an inviting living area with nautical decor, pops of yellow and multiple seating areas, great for catching up or lounging during movie nights with the group. Nearby, the dining table offers glimpses of the Gulf while the fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need for casual breakfasts or homecooked family dinners. 

The fun doesn't stop there, the upper level loft is a great place for family game nights! Play a game of pool, compete against each other on the shuffleboard table, or just sit back and watch the action on the sectional sofa. There's something for everyone at this family-friendly retreat! After a day of fun, you'll appreciate retreating to one of the 4 private bedrooms.

The primary suite boasts a relaxing color palette, private deck access, a King bed and en suite bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. On the upper level you'll also find two bedrooms with a unique feature - ladders leading to viewing windows to soak up the great views! One bedroom offers another King bed, while the second will be great for the kids or teens in your group with a Queen pyramid bunk with trundle bed plus a Twin bunk! Back on the main level, you'll find the fourth bedroom equipped with a Full bed with trundle. For additional space, there is a a Queen sleeper sofa in the upper level loft.

Multiple decks and plenty of outdoor seating means there's space for everyone to enjoy the island sun. The rooftop deck gives a birds eye view of the neighborhood and nearby beach. Watch for dolphins, enjoy a sunset or do some stargazing at night! Head down to the ground level and hang out on the covered patio. There's beach toys and chairs if you're heading to the beach, a fenced in area for your dog, or an outdoor shower to rinse off in after days spent in the sand! Speaking of sand, pack up your beach gear and make the short walk (only 2 houses away!) for hours spent beachcombing, sunbathing or swimming!

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
