As soon as you enter the gates of the gorgeous Beachside Village neighborhood, you’ll start to feel the “coastal ease” coming on. Pull into your private driveway and you’ll be greeted by this cheerful blue home with white trim and tropical landscaping.
On the ground level you’ll find a finished patio that’s the perfect spot to relax & have a family BBQ. It also makes stashing your beach equipment each night quick & easy. Tucked away in the back corner, there’s an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of fun in the sun!
Head up to the main level, and you'll be greeted by a spacious and elegantly furnished living room done in crisp white and calm navy. The wall of windows not only fills the room with natural light but also showcases breathtaking beachfront views of the Gulf. Catch a family movie night on the large TV, use the large coffee table for puzzles, or utilize the side table & bench seating as a desk or board game competition station.
The kitchen is a chef's delight with fresh white cabinetry & counters, stainless steel Thermador appliances, a large island, and a gas stove. The breakfast bar seats 3 for quick snacks, while the abundant cabinets store all the pots, pans, utensils, serving ware, dishes & glass you’ll need for your group. The kitchen also boasts a wine chiller, perfect for keeping your favorite beverages at just the right temperature.
Right next to the kitchen, the dining table easily seats 10 in a combination of chair and bench seating. Stunning Gulf views from both areas make preparing and indulging in meals together a truly memorable experience.
Also on the main level, you’ll find a king bedroom with a TV, access to the covered north-facing deck, and a private en suite bath (shower only). Additionally, a half bath is available for guests' convenience. The deep, Gulf-facing deck is partially covered, ideal for enjoying the fresh breezes with your morning coffee, dining al fresco at the outdoor table, or just lounging & soaking in the afternoon sun.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
