The bright and inviting living area is designed for gathering with comfortable seating and abundant natural light. Just off the main space is a dry bar that adds a touch of fun and convenience, perfect for keep everyone refreshed between beach outings with your favorite drinks and snacks.
The nearby kitchen is a chef's delight, fully-equippd with stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island, generous counter space and unique extras like a pot filler over the stovetop! The island has seating for 4, and the adjacent dining table easily seats 10, so family meals are a breeze!
The convenient residential elevator stops at all levels and makes it easy to drop off your luggage to your private retreat. The upper level primary suite boasts a king bed, deck access, a luxurious en suite bath and large walk-in closet. On the upper level you'll also find two queen bedrooms, both with deck access and en suite bathrooms along with a bunk room that sleeps up to 5. The 5th bedroom is back on the main level with another comfortable king bed, deck access and en suite bath with a walk-in shower.
Lounge on your choice of four covered decks, each offer a variety of furniture to relax in the Gulf breeze, or head down to the ground level patio that opens to the private fenced yard. When the water is calling, look through the selection of beach equipment and take the short neighborhood walk to the beach! When you return back to your rental, there's an enclosed outdoor shower perfect for washing off the sand after a day of beach fun.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
