Step inside and settle into the bright, airy living area, where comfortable seating and large windows create an inviting place to relax. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected, whether you're watching a movie, catching up over morning coffee, or simply enjoying the Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals and beach day snacks, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and an easy connection to the dining area. Gather around the large dining table with seating for up to 8, where meals can turn into family game nights once the dishes are cleared.

After a full day of beach adventures, retreat to one of the three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to the deck for peaceful mornings and beautiful views. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is a fun retreat for kids and teens with a pyramid bunk and twin bunk. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower combination provides plenty of convenience for the rest of the group. A full-size washer and dryer are also available, making sandy beach days and longer stays a little easier.

Speaking of beach days, the sand is just a short walk away, with neighborhood dune walkovers providing easy access. Spend your morning building sandcastles, cool off with an afternoon swim, or take a sunset walk along the beach. Guests can also enjoy the many amenities of the Pointe West Beach Club, including beachfront and bayfront pools, a hot tub, fitness center, walking and cycling paths and more (with amenity fee).

If you want to unwind at your private condo, step outside onto one of the covered decks and take in the Gulf breeze. Sip your coffee while watching the morning light over the water or gather in the evening as the sun sets over Galveston Island. With multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy, there's always a comfortable spot to relax.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
