Inside, you’ll find a bright & airy living room with walls of windows beautifully framing the panoramic Gulf view. There’s abundant seating space including 2 couches with fun coral print fabric, plus swivel chairs and wicker side chairs. Chat, play games, browse the collection of reading material, or gather in the evenings for a movie night on the large flatscreen TV.
Nearby, the large dining table easily seats 8. There’s room for 5 more at the curved breakfast bar that also works perfectly for serving buffet-style. Grab takeout from one of the Island’s delicious local restaurants or switch off between your family’s chefs. The fully equipped kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware and serving ware that you’ll need for meals or snacks at any time of day.
After a day full of outdoor island activities and great food you’ll be ready to head to bed for some quiet time. Having 3 private bedrooms makes that easy. The huge primary suite has a king bed plus a full daybed with a pullout twin trundle, great for families. The en suite full bath boasts a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
