Sleeping up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for family and friends to settle in and enjoy some well deserved island time.

Step inside and settle into the bright, open living area, where a wall of windows fills the space with natural light and brings in views of the Gulf. Kick back on the comfortable seating for a movie night after a day at the beach or gather at the nearby dining table for family meals and game nights. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or serve takeout on the large kitchen island.

When it's time to hit the hay, you'll find bedrooms on both levels. The main level features a queen bedroom with its own cozy seating area and Gulf views, plus a bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds that's perfect for the kids or a whole small family! Upstairs, the private primary suite features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, Gulf views, direct access to the upper deck, and an en suite bathroom.

Take your pick of outdoor spaces! The partially covered main deck offers plenty of room to gather, dine al fresco, or sip your morning coffee. The open upper level deck is great for enjoying more sunshine and to take advantage of the 2nd row views or unwind on the shaded ground-level patio after a day in the sand. 

When you're ready to trade the deck for the beach, simply grab your beach gear and head across the street to the neighborhood beach access. Spend the day swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, or doing absolutely nothing at all. At On Beach Time, that's exactly how you're supposed to spend your vacation!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
