Pelican Perch has all the touches of home, plus the conveniences of a guest-centric beach house. Pull into the private driveway, unpack, settle in, and let the stress melt away.

Inside, the main floor greets you with bright, open living spaces and tons of natural light streaming in through a wall of windows. The spacious sectional is the perfect place to kick back for a movie night or plan your day’s beach adventures. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, and a breakfast bar that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening appetizers. The dining area seats eight, making it easy to gather for meals. This level also includes a king bedroom with a private sitting area, TV, and direct deck access, as well as a shared Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to the hallway. A laundry area and a large covered deck round out this floor.

Head upstairs and you'll find two more beautiful bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and access to a covered deck. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, and a spa-style en suite with a soaking tub and large walk-in shower—just the thing after a sun-soaked day. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, along with more outdoor space to enjoy the breeze.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
