This canal front cottage boasts a huge deck that extends out over the boat slip – perfect for watching gorgeous sunsets over the bay – and relaxing living spaces.

Step inside and you’ll find a beautifully updated interior. The living area boasts three comfortable couches as well as a smart TV and walls of windows that showcase the canal setting. The fully-equipped kitchen makes efficient use of the cozy space and boasts new stainless steel appliances (2021). Enjoy meals of fresh Gulf seafood on the nearby dining table that easily seats up to 6.

Speaking of fresh caught seafood – one of the best parts about Pelican Retreat is that you can fish right from the deck or backyard! Bring your fishing gear or crab traps and see what you can hook while relaxing in the shade of the covered boathouse. The slip is available for guests use (and Sand `N Sea offers trailer parking at their office) so don’t hesitate to bring your water toys with you.

After a day out and about in Galveston’s fresh Gulf breezes you’ll love recharging in either of the two large bedrooms. Both have comfortable queen mattresses and portable air conditioning units that make it easy to set the perfect temp for a restful night’s sleep.

Ready for some sand & surf? The main beach access is only 1 mile away. This public access point allows parking right on the sand so getting your beach gear to your spot for the day is easy!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
