Located a block away from the sand and surf in Pirates Beach, this bright & airy beach house rental is perfectly equipped for up to 9 guests, with lots of space to spread out and relax. The ground level patio boasts a picnic table, bench swings, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor sink perfect for cleaning your fresh catch after a day of surf fishing. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a snack break in the shade, or an afternoon shrimp boil.
Head inside, and you’ll find an inviting main level with walls of windows, a soaring ceiling in the living area, cozy wet bar with bar seating, comfortable couches and tropical side chairs. The kitchen is a dream for whipping up budget-friendly family meals, with stainless steel appliances, abundant storage, and plenty of counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a table seating 6 and offers deck access, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor dining.
The main level also houses 2 comfortable bedrooms. The first, with a queen bed, boasts deck access, a TV, and a sitting area, providing a private haven for relaxation. The second bedroom, perfect for kids or singles, features two twin bunks. A full bathroom with dual sinks and a tub and shower combo, along with a washer and dryer, add to the convenience of this level. Step outside onto the partially covered deck at any time of day to enjoy long Gulf views and fresh coastal breezes.
The adventure continues on the upper level, where a loft area awaits. This space is great when you’re ready for some time out of the sun, featuring a foosball table, a sitting area, and deck access. Two more bedrooms are located on this level. The primary suite, with a luxurious king bed, offers deck access, a TV, and an en suite bath with a dual vanity, and a vintage tub & shower combo. The additional bedroom with a twin bed is cozy and perfect for an individual guest.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
