While the highlight of this beach house is definitely the pool & patio, there’s plenty of other reasons to call it home during your next island vacay. Step inside and you’ll find a bright & airy interior full of calming neutrals. A large sectional and side chair make create a cozy conversation area that’s also great for movie nights.
Nearby, the large dining table easily seats 8 with a combination of chairs & bench seating. The breakfast bar offers additional seating, as well as a great space to prep or serve budget-friendly family meals. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, abundant storage, and granite countertops. Inside the warm white cabinets, you’ll find all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes you’ll need for your feast.
The primary king suite is tucked away upstairs. It features a private deck, TV, clothing storage, and en suite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Back on the main level you’ll find a queen bedroom as well as a queen + bunk room that sleeps up to 4. These thoughtfully appointed bedrooms make it easy for multiple families or generations to vacation together at any time of year.
Outside, the partially covered main deck has a seating area as well as a dining set that’s ideal for enjoying meals al fresco with your family and friends. Back downstairs, the fully fenced yard is bound to create hours of entertainment. Lounge on the pool deck, float around in the water for hours, gather around the fire pit in the evenings – there's no reason to leave the house!

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
