Step inside to a bright, open living area where large windows fill the space with natural light. Kick back on the comfortable sofas for a movie night or catch up with your favorite people after a day of island adventures. The nearby dining area is great to share meals, while the fully-equipped kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with bar seating. Whether you're whipping up breakfast before a day on the island or preparing dinner for the whole crew, you'll have the space and tools you need.

When it's time to unwind, you'll find four inviting bedrooms spread across the home. On the main level, there's a queen bedroom with access to the main level deck. Head upstairs to the primary suite where you'll find gorgeous views, deck access, a coffee bar and en suite bathroom. There's also a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds with trundles on the upper level, giving everyone a comfortable place to recharge after a day of fun.

Outside, the bay is calling! Head the private fishing pier to cast a line, try your hand at crabbing, or head across the yard to the small beach area. The overhead fishing lights make evening fishing even more inviting, while the decks offer great spots to sip your morning coffee or watch the sky change colors as the sun goes down. Bring your favorite people (and up to 2 pups!), pack your fishing gear, and get ready to make some sunset memories!

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
