The living room has a large sectional plus a second seating area, giving everyone plenty of space to relax, play, or gather together. Around the spacious dining table, settle in for family meals or fun game nights. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for snacks, drinks, meals, and desserts, plus a convenient drink refrigerator to keep your favorite beverages chilled.

Upstairs, the large primary suite is a luxurious retreat with a private deck, perfect for sipping morning coffee and enjoying Gulf sunrises. You don't even have to head downstairs for your first cup - the suite's private bar area has a mini fridge and coffee maker! The en suite bathroom features double sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub. The upper level also has a queen bedroom with a desk area, a bunk room complete with a pyramid bunk and twin bunk, and a full bath off the hall. Back on the main level, you'll find another queen bedroom, full bath, and laundry room with a second refrigerator, perfect for keeping extra drinks, groceries or beach snacks on hand.

The two levels of decks are great for sunbathing, listening to shorebirds call, or lounging with a good book. Head down to the ground level patio for al fresco dining at the built-in picnic table. When it's time to hit the sand, the neighborhood beach access is just steps away, so grab your beach cart and get ready for salty breezes and sunny beach days. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
