This canal-front home in Sea Isle has everything you need for a fun-filled island escape including a private boat slip and dock, spacious open deck, pool table, and plenty of room for up to 10 guests. Bring the whole family, pups included, and enjoy easy access to all Galveston's West End has to offer.

Inside, the comfortable layout gives everyone room to spread out and relax after a day on the water. The living area is a great place to gather for conversations or settle in for a movie, while the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day or a family dinner after a day of fishing.

When it's time to turn in, you'll find four bedrooms, all conveniently located on the main level. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or a group of friends, with a full bunk bed and twin bed.

Outside is where Shell Yeah really shines! Step onto the spacious deck to enjoy the canal views, relax with your morning coffee, or spend the afternoon fishing and crabbing. With your own boat slip and dock, getting out on the water is easy. Afterward, fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy dinner outside or relax on the great outdoor seating before heading indoors for a little friendly competition around the pool table.

When you're ready for a beach day, Sea Isle's beach access is just a short drive away. You'll also have access to the neighborhood pool (open seasonally) and fishing pier (refundable deposit required) during your stay. Whether you're here to fish, relax, hit the beach, or simply enjoy time together, Shell Yeah is ready for your next island adventure!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
