The main level features a bright and airy living and dining area, creating a welcoming spot to kick back after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and an island with additional seating for four. Also on this level is a queen bedroom with deck access and a full bathroom.

Head upstairs to find the primary suite, complete with a king bed, deck access, additional seating areas, and an en suite bathroom. Another queen bedroom also offers deck access, while the fourth bedroom is a great setup for the kids or extra guests complete with a queen bed and two twin bunks. A full bathroom with a tub and shower combo and a utility room with washer and dryer are both also conveniently located on this level.

The outdoor spaces are just as inviting as the interior! Three decks offer plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the Gulf breeze, while the enclosed ground-level patio provides even more space to spread out. Fire up the grill for an easy vacation meal, grab a spot to sit and relax, or rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day at the beach. 

With quick and easy access to the neighborhood beach walkover, Ship Shape makes it easy to spend your days enjoying the sand and surf. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
