Just off the kitchen is a cozy breakfast nook, and the adjacent dining area seats eight at a table overlooking the beach. Additionally located on the main level is a half bath, available for guests' conveinence.

The main level primary suite offers a king bed, gorgeous beachfront views, a TV, seating area, and private en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Head upstairs via the elevator or stairwell and you'll find a great space to unwind and relax with a comfortable sofa, a second wet bar, TV, and access to the upper level deck. Four additional bedrooms are also located on the upper level, including a queen bedroom with deck access and en-suite bathroom, two more queen bedrooms that share a full bath, and a bedroom that is perfect for the younger guests with two built-in pyramid bunks and an en-suite bath with tub and shower combo.

After a refreshing night's sleep in one of the comfortable bedrooms, grab your coffee and watch the sunrise over the Gulf from one of the multiple decks. Spend your day relaxing on one of the comfortable loungers on the main level deck, or head down to the beach - which is only a short walk away! The patio's enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for washing up after a fun day in the surf and sand. When the evening rolls around, use one of the two charcoal grills to cook up some fresh seafood and reminisce about a great beach day before heading inside to rest up and get ready to do it all again the next day!

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
