Inside, the open-concept living, dining and kitchen area creates a comfortable gathering space for your group. Large windows fill the room with natural light and offer beautiful views, while the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. Start your mornings at the coffee & tea bar, complete with a flavor station for enjoying your favorite hot or cold brew during your stays at Sunny Days.

When it's time to unwind, there's plenty of space to spread out. Enjoy a game of pool or ping pong, relax on one of the home's multiple decks, or dine al fresco while taking in the Gulf views. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and settle in for a peaceful evening.

With four bedrooms and room to sleep up to 11 guests, Sunny Days is designed with families and groups in mind. The primary suite is tucked away upstairs with a king bed and private deck access, while three additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for the rest of your crew, including a fun bunk room that's sure to be a favorite for the little ones!

Best of all, you're just a short walk from the beach, where you can spend your days swimming, building sandcastles, searching to shells, or simply soaking up the Galveston sun. Bring the whole family, and your pup, and get ready to enjoy sunny days on the coast!

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Rick's Beach Rentals is another West End favorite for renting golf carts, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach wheelchairs and more. They'll drop off and pick up right at your beach house, so all you have to do is enjoy!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
