Welcome to The Beach House! A spacious vacation home in the beautiful Beachside Village neighborhood that has everything your group needs for a relaxing Galveston getaway. Sleeping up to 14 guests, this pet-friendly beachside retreat offers Gulf views, multiple outdoor spaces, an elevator, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and reconnect. Bring the whole family, invite your friends, and don't forget your four-legged vacation buddy!

As soon as you step inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming space designed with together time in mind. The open floor plan creates an easy flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas, giving the whole group plenty of room to gather. Sink into the comfortable seating for a movie night, catch up over morning coffee, or simply relax after a day in the sun while enjoying glimpses of the Gulf from through the walls of windows. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with plenty of counter space, modern appliances and extra touches like a pot filler over the stove, plus all the cookware you'll need! Gather around the dining table for family meals, game nights, or grab your favorite beverage from the wet bar while planning your next beach adventure.

Need a little more room to spread out? The second living area upstairs gives your group another comfortable place to relax, making it easy for everyone to find their own space. Head all the way up to the top level and you'll discover a dedicated area with a treadmill and desk space, perfect for getting in a quick workout, catching up on a little work, or enjoying a quiet moment away from the group with some more great views!

When it's time to turn in, everyone will have a comfortable place to call their own. The main level features the spacious primary suite with king bed and deck access, while the additional bedrooms are located on the upper level. Another king bedroom and two queen bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for adults, while the fifth bedroom features three twin bunk beds that's sure to be a favorite with kids and teens. With en suite bathrooms off each bedroom, plus a convenient half bath, everyone can get ready for the day without waiting in line. An elevator makes moving between floors easy, whether you're bringing up luggage, groceries or all the beach gear your group can carry!

Speaking of the beach, you'll be just a short neighborhood stroll from the sand, with shared beach access approximately 100 feet from the home. When you're ready to head back to your rental, rinse away the salt and sand in the outdoor shower before settling into one of the home's covered outdoor spaces. Take in the Gulf views, enjoy the breeze as the sun goes down, or fire up the gas grill for a laid-back dinner outdoors.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
