The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the dining room and chef's kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating and all the essentials needed to prepare homecooked meals with ease. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, one with a king bed and private bathroom and the bunk room, complete with a pyramid bunk + twin bunk that can accommodate up to five guests, great for the kids in your group!

Upstairs, the main level primary suite is a true retreat, with a king bed, deck access, cozy sitting area, wet bar with a Keurig coffee maker, and an en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Two additional king bedrooms, each offering private bathrooms and deck access, are also located on the upper level. 

Head up one more level and you'll find another king suite with a seating area, wet bar and private en suite bathroom. At the very top of the home, a second living room with 360-degree windows offers panoramic views of Galveston Island, or you can step out to the private deck to enjoy the unbeatable beachfront views.

Outside, multiple decks and a ground level patio provide the perfect spots to unwind and create family memories. The ground level includes a fully fenced yard for your four-legged family members, a private hot tub with views of the Gulf, a gas grill to prepare homecooked meals, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after days at the beach. Lounge in the sun, dine al fresco, or simply savor the sound of the waves from the two levels of decks.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
