The large, open-plan living and dining area is ideal for gathering, game nights or simply lounging after long days at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream and where they can cook up everything from sunrise breakfasts to sunset feasts with ease.
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and privacy, with versatile sleeping arrangements that make it easy to accommodate guests of all ages. A king bedroom with deck access and its own private bathroom, along with two queen bedrooms with a shared bath are found on the main level. Upstairs, the primary suite is a true retreat with deck access and spacious en suite bathroom. Rounding out the upper level bedrooms is a bunk room featuring two built-in pyramid bunks, deck access and a private en suite bathroom. With multiple en suite bathrooms throughout the home, everyone can start their day refreshed and ready for fun!
With multiple covered decks overlooking the neighborhood and peeks of Gulf views, there's no shortage of spaces to sip morning coffee, enjoy evening beverages, or simply let the Gulf breeze wash over you. And since the beach is just two houses away, those spontaneous sandcastle contests and shell hunts are always within reach! When you're finished in the surf and sand, head right back to your private vacation home to rinse off in the outdoor shower, hang out on the shaded patio with BBQ grill, or head back inside to relax for another day of fun!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
