All of the bedrooms at this single level beach house are adorned with fun coastal accents. The cozy primary suite features a king bed and en suite full bathroom. Down the hall are a queen bedroom and 2-twin room - great for the kids and teens to get their own space. For additional space, there’s a queen futon in the living area. Pack light - a washer and dryer are available and neatly tucked away for easy guest access.
Outside is where the magic happens! The rooftop deck is a great choice for sunning on the loungers or watching the dolphins surface in the waves. The main level deck is a shaded oasis with a plush outdoor seating area - perfect for unwinding and conversing with your favorite people. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
