Paula McDonald serves as Broker of Sand `N Sea Properties, bringing a strategic leadership style, over two decades of real estate experience, and a passion for elevating both the client experience and the professionals she serves. Her vision is simple: combine trusted relationships, exceptional market knowledge, and innovative thinking to help clients and agents achieve extraordinary results.

Paula is also a Historic Property Specialist™,  with expertise in the unique challenges and opportunities associated with historic homes and commercial properties. From preservation considerations and valuation nuances to marketing distinctive properties, she understands how to position exceptional real estate in ways that maximize value while honoring its legacy.

Giving back to her profession and community is an important part of Paula's philosophy. She has served at the state level of Texas REALTORS® as a past Chair of the Commercial Committee and as a current Regional Vice President and Executive Board Member.
