Cy Eilers is one of Galveston's premier Realtors. Her 40+ years of experience includes thousands of transactions - with a focus on the West End of Galveston and Tiki Island. Following a long career as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan, Cy Eilers opted to “warm up” on Galveston Island. Even though she moved here to work as a pediatric supervisor at UTMB, she quickly decided to shift her focus from helping children (of all ages) to helping those looking for a new home.

In 1980, she began selling real estate and quickly built a reputation as a "go to" resource for every part of the real estate transaction. Her desire to help and attention to detail soon skyrocketed her to the top echelon of Realtors on Galveston. Her "special sauce for success" includes her insistence to help after the transaction. For example, should a storm be brewing and shutters need closing, Cy is there. She truly loves the real estate business and the people she serves.

Several Real Estate companies have touted her as their "Top Producer" over her long and storied career. Today, her career has come full circle - where she's back at her first stop: Sand 'N Sea Properties in Pirates Beach.

Community service is a key part of her passion. As a Charter Member of the Women's Association of the Galveston Country Club, she initiated the first Christmas Homes Tour and assisted in program planning and modeling over the years; while a MLS Committee member, she helped establish new forms for GAR, the Galveston Association of Realtors. Cy's professional volunteer work continues - she was elected to serve on the 2011 GAR Board of Directors and was selected as the 2011 TREPAC Chair (Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee).

In addition to top producer, Galvestonian historian, and passionate resident, she is a mentor to new agents; helping them sort out the challenges of starting a new career as a real estate professional. She has many loyal and grateful colleagues who have benefited from her guidance.

Cy has served as a member of Galveston Association of Realtors® (GAR), Houston Association of Realtors® (HAR), Texas Association of Realtors® (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
